Dosage form :

Capsule 250 mg, 500 mg; Oral Suspension 250 mg/5 ml.

Indication :

Treatment of otitis media, and infection caused by susceptible
organisms involving the respiratory tract, and urinary tract;
prophylaxis of bacterial endocarditis in patients undergoing surgical
or dental procedures; approved in combination for eradication of H.
pylori.

Dosage :

250 mg every 8 hours, doubled in severe infections. (Max.: 3 gm
daily).

Warning / precaution :

Adverse reactions :

Fever, urticaria, rash, allergic reaction.
